What are Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus?
There are two levels to the Cyber Essentials certification: Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Cyber Essentials is the more basic level of the two. It is the minimum standard recommended by the government for UK businesses of all sizes.
Cyber Essentials Plus is the higher level of certification. It includes all the requirements of Cyber Essentials but goes a step further by incorporating an independent technical assessment carried out by a certified assessor.
