Welcome To Prime ICT
Prime ICT was established in 2023 with the goal of providing a customer-centric IT support service to businesses in the UK who were frustrated with their previous providers after being passed from one company or department to another and not having their issues resolved.
We believe that technology should be dependable, scalable and bespoke; We know that no two businesses are the same and therefore, nor are their IT requirements. Each solution that we craft carefully takes into account the needs of the business and the way they work.
We also take steps to proactively monitor our customer’s environments for any issues so that we can catch them before it becomes a service affecting issue.
Matt manages the sales side of Prime ICT ensuring that all of our customers needs are catered for and that each solution we provide is catered to the needs of each individual business.
Jack manages the technical side of Prime ICT whilst also getting his hands dirty with tickets and projects on site and ensuring all of our customers are happy with the service they receive.
Jaydn started with Prime ICT as an apprentice and has quickly become an invaluable member of the team who handles the majority of our support tickets from creation to completion.
At Prime ICT we pride ourselves on being able to provide a full suite of services to our customers to save them the hassle of speaking to 3 or 4 different companies when there’s an issue to try and get it fixed.
Keeping all of your support needs under one roof means there’s only one call to be made and one company responsible for getting you back up and running again; Of course, if you have alternate suppliers for one of the services we offer, we are more than glad to work alongside them and help you get the most out of your systems regardless of who your supplier is.
