Exclaimer removes the need for new users to copy the signature off of somebody else and paste it into Outlook and change their name, job title, phone number, etc. It does this by applying the signature at a server level and adjusting the necessary fields based on who sends the email.
Exclaimer works with Microsoft 365, Google Suite & Exchange and allows you to have full control of the layout and content of your email signatures to ensure a uniform look across your business no matter what device you’re sending emails from.
