Matt manages the sales side of Prime ICT, ensuring that all our customers’ needs are met and that every solution we provide is tailored to the unique requirements of each business.

Jack manages the technical side of Prime ICT, while also getting hands-on with support tickets and on-site projects, ensuring every customer is satisfied with the service they receive.
Jaydn
Jaydn joined Prime ICT as an apprentice and has quickly become an invaluable member of the team, handling the majority of our support tickets from start to finish.

Gemma manages the marketing side of Prime ICT, working to attract new business and ensure our messaging is clear and consistent across all channels.
