Prime ICT’s security awareness training offering is designed to train your employees on how to safely and securely use the internet, computer and emails. This comes in the form of small videos on a specific subject with a fun multiple-choice quiz at the end designed to teach the information and check the understanding afterwards.

This training can decrease things like the likelihood of malicious emails or attachments being opened or acted upon by being able to spot fakes and more.

As part of the suite of training tools we can also schedule “phishing” emails which are fake emails crafted to test the response of your employees whilst being harmless in themselves. This portion of the training suite tends to be most useful amongst our customers as emails are one of the main ways malicious files enter the network, it’s also a bit of fun!
