Backups are important, we probably don’t need to tell you that. A common misconception however, is that services such as Microsoft 365 & Google Suite are backed up already so you don’t need to back it up.

Sadly, this is just a misconception. Whilst your data is indeed stored in the cloud, being served by multiple servers for redundancy and reliability, things can still go wrong and the big companies that host this data cannot be held accountable for it; For this reason, Software as a Service or SaaS backups are essential to ensure that should any data become corrupt, lost or deleted, we can get it back for you!
